Lord, I close my eyes

your “one-way travel”
here to save the entire world
without ONE battle

did you see my face?
your future child that fell
a sinner saved by grace
Unworthy- but you never
turned around that day
knowing good and well

help me humble myself
and raise my palm branches
be like YOU
the God of second chances
