Passion LazaRAP – Monday

Mar 30, 2015 I LazaRAP.

Matthew 21:18-22

It was early in the morning
as you walked to the city
came across a tree with no fruit
nope- not any

you were hungry so you stopped
and said to it right then
fig tree, may you never
bear your fruit again!

It withered, but Lord
I feel a deep conviction in me
because I know it’s more than
just being upset with a tree

there’s so many times in life
that I can give much more
but it’s easier to turn my back
on you and ignore

what good am I to the kingdom
if I do not bear fruit
and every time you try to talk to me
I just press mute

I want to satisfy your hunger
so you feel like you ate
you taught me ANYTHING is possible
if I have faith!
